Dr. Yaman has been working/studying in multicultural environments since 2003 during his education at ODTÜ, postdoctoral studies at Purdue University and as a faculty member at ODTÜ. He has given several talks at international scientific conferences. He is highly social and has good communication skills with people from different backgrounds.

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
Coordination and administration of people, projects and budgets; at work, in voluntary work (for example culture and sports) and at home, etc.
Dr. Yaman is one of the vice-chair person of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at ODTÜ. His responsibilities at the department are maintenance of the buildings, budget management, organization of labor, etc. He is also one of the co-chairs of the 2nd Additive Manufacturing Turkey Conference. Furthermore, he is one of the vice-chair person of Turkish Additive Manufacturing Association and organized various voluntary events on additive manufacturing in this association.

With computers, specific kinds of equipment, machinery, etc.
Dr. Yaman can use any conventional, advanced and additive manufacturing machinery. He has excellent programming skills and use any commercial or open-source software related to computer science, design and engineering.
