Living and working with other people, in multicultural environments, in positions where communication is important and situations where teamwork is essential (for example culture and sports), etc.
Dr. Salamci has been serving to different institutions since 1987 by holding various administartive positions amoung which are expert, head of department, director, member of board, member of auditing board, dean, coordinator, advisor; project leader, principal investigator, researcher etc. positions. These positions are generally teamworks working with more then 5000 individuals so far. He has given more then 100 talks in international events. During these services, he has acquired multicultural and multinational social skills where communication is important.

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
Coordination and administration of people, projects and budgets; at work, in voluntary work (for example culture and sports) and at home, etc.
Dr. Salamci has taken various courses to improve organizational skills during his service especially in the Turkish Prime Ministry. He has worked as “Coordinator”, “Director”, “Project Leader”, “Principal Investigator”, “Head of Department”, “Dean”, “Member of Executive Board”, “Member of Auditing Board” and so forth. He has successfully completed more than 25 projects so far.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
With computers, specific kinds of equipment, machinery, etc.
Dr. Salamci has the certificate to use Electron Beam Melting (Additive Manufacturing) Machine. He has been using computer for “control code generation” by using MATLAB/Simulink software. He designs and implements controller for nonlinear dynamical systems. He uses computers extensively for wrting, cominication, presantation etc.
